Almost anything will be possible with btrfs and kickstart in F17-Beta.
Unfortunately, interactive support for btrfs is still absent. See

for details. You can also have anaconda automatically partition your
system using btrfs with kickstart:

  https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Anaconda/Kickstart#autopart

  eg:

    clearpart --all --initlabel
    autopart --type=btrfs
