Launching WINE causes screen flicker in Screen#2 on a dual-head setup..

Wine appears to be using the RANDR 1.1 interface, which is not
multihead-aware, and xserver's internal emulation of that on
multihead-capable hardware has some intrinsic quirks like that.

So, if it were me, I'd want to fix wine to use the newer RANDR API when
available.
