No, because the setup is done via GUI made by Oracle.  It's not a
command-line based like the older versions.  The entire setup is
somewhat automated barring certain parameters such as destination
directory, install options (Enterprise, Standard), etc...  There's no
configure and no make.  I'm thinking there's some RPMs missing so I'm
going to compare with CentOS 6.2 minimal desktop which Oracle did
install OK with additional dev RPMs such as libstdc++, gcc, kernel
headers, etc.. I had those same packages in F17 too but it failed to
complete.
