New Blocker Review Meeting Time Proposal

I think Wednesday 15:00 UTC would be best for me and other Brno guys.
On Thursdays we have Test Days.

Whoops, my mistake. I should have checked the last announcement
before sending out the email. I meant to say 17:00 but I'm fine with
either, to be honest.
