F18 Alpha-TC3 KDE validation tests

Hi,

I've performed the Alpha tests for KDE, could someone please review it? These 
are my first tests, hopefully I've done it right :)

Desktop Browser - passed, tested with Konqueror (didn't test the extensions as 
Konqueror does not support it)

Desktop Updates - works from command line and Apper, just Apper displays 
incorrect warning when there are no updates (reported as 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=851864)
