New pre-TC4 test images

I tried the netinst image,  It did not know where to download the 
software from.
I tried the DVD image.  On a simple Gnome install, anaconda stalled 
about 2/3 of the way through
(jufging by the progress bar) consuming all available CPU cycles. No 
obvious fatal error messages
on any of the console TTYs.  tty2 is executing commands such as df and top.
