An arbitrarily sized /tmp does not fit all

I actually prefer having /tmp on tmpfs, since it's extremely fast and is
intrinsically temporary (at least for non-servers that reboot regularly)
without requiring a tmpwatch cronjob to clean it out. I've been manually
switching my /tmp to tmpfs for years, and even submitted a bug ~4 years ago
-- https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=472127 -- to add tmpfs as a
fs OPTION in anaconda for install-time setup. Making it default is one
better, imo (period).
