According to the koji build.log, it doesn't get installed into
the %buildroot. There is just a temporary build libCommon.so (with
SONAME libCommon.so even, albeit version-less!) which is used to link
other files, but there is no actual shared lib installed.

As a packaging hint, sometimes it makes a lot of sense to reduce
wildcards usage a bit and spell out more of the filenames you want
to package. That way would would enforce that certain files must be
found in the buildroot.
