unable to run tests requiring "updates=http://jlaska.fedorapeople.org/updates/traceback.img" option

I've marked the 4 tests which are currently blocked by this issue
(QA:Testcase_Anaconda_save_traceback_to_remote_system,
QA:Testcase_Anaconda_save_traceback_to_bugzilla,
QA:Testcase_Anaconda_save_traceback_to_disk, and 
QA:Testcase_Anaconda_traceback_debug_mode) on the install test matrix. These are
Alpha-level tests except for the last which is Final.
