/usr move testing status and F17 Alpha TC1

In the worst case scenario -- what is the contingency plan for those
of us who have already performed the /usr move? The contingency plan
does not mention any plan for a rollback.

Of course, at this stage it's not that much of a hardship to reinstall
with an Alpha TC and help test that.
