Not necessarily.  There are all sorts of reasons one wouldn't, for
example, small companies with widely varying needs in individual
servers. 

Regardless, it's all good, and as I said, I'm a hypocrite, only
complaining about catering to the inexperienced when it gets in my way
and reaping the benefits of it.  I do think that RH puts too much Fedora
desktop oriented stuff in, almost without any thought,
but like MS, RH is pretty deeply entrenched in the enterprise, so there 
will be grumbling, but I doubt they'll lose business.
