remove default test 'askmethod' from Fedora_17_Install_Results_Template

I hadn't previously seen any notice of this.  I recently found about this option 
and it helpfully solved issues I had been having with doing installs.  For 
example using the net install to do an install using an NFS source.  Why was it 
removed and what are the alternatives now?
