 Hi, Michal. As stated at the top of the proventesters page:

 https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Proven_tester

 the proven testers group is currently 'on hiatus' - proven tester status
 has no real consequence in Fedora at present. We can still accept your
 application if you like, but it won't have any impact on Fedora right now.

 There are lots of other ways to contribute to Fedora testing too:
