NTH voting required

Hey, folks. Just trying to grab a cross-section of regular blocker/nth
voters. The blocker meetings have been going so long we haven't hit the
'proposed NTH' bugs, but some of them are pretty significant and we
should probably vote to pull them in to future composes. Please go
through the 'proposed NTH' list and vote in the bugs:
