TC2 Anaconda 18.6.7 Install

Issues noted in the TC2 install from 64 bit DVD:

Custom partition - how to specify swap area?
Existing partitions?
Boot loader location?

Can't configure network

Can't set network time in anaconda

No DVD/CD eject

Firstboot can't set network time
