[Test-Announce] Fedora 18 Alpha is hereby declared GOLD

Do we need any _name_ at all? 
The email announcement can just say "F18 Alpha RC3 has passed all testing and will be released as F18 Alpha".
And the schedule can just say "Alpha Availability".

My bikeshed color is no color at all.
