F18: when closing the lid, pm/sleep.d hooks not being run

I wrote that patch half a year ago... this is an unfortunate side-effect of f18 being frozen for as long as it has been...

Dozens ? Name them, please. I've fixed the ones I've found (which was just NM, really).
