 We would like to do Network Manager Test Day on 2013-05-16.

 If anybody wants to do another network related Test Day, we can do single
 Network Test Week like we did for F18, but you have to find your own QA
 contact, who will help with writing test cases and running Test Day.

 Test fixes for F18 features, like Hotspots (missing GUI integration) and
