We had fun trying to pick the label for that field in the initial UI 
design. I think we went with 'Bug ID' in the end because that's what 
Bugzilla calls it. It's kinda hard to predict what name will work out 
best for the majority of people - I could equally see someone being 
confused by 'Proposed bug number', really...
