kdepim not installed on groupinstall

I installed F18-TC4 and selected the GNOME desktop environment.  I then did a "groupinstall" of the KDE Desktop.  I also installed the Chrome Browser from the google repo.

When I clicked on a mailto link in Chrome nothing happened.  I checked the System Settings and saw that KMail is selected as the default email client but it wasn't installed.

Is this an oversight?

(I don't used kmail, so changing the default to TBird fixed the issue....but it was a bit confusing to have nothing happen).
