ATTENTION: Release 18 tree missing packages

Obviously, I have not checked every mirror site but those I have check 
appear to have packages missing from releases/18/Fedora/x86_64/os/ that 
are not missing from development/18/x86_64/os/

There is more than one package missing but let me cite "nedit"

I suspect that only those who do a kickstart install and specify these 
packages will notice.  I suggest they be added to updates asap.
