Rawhide: /run/initramfs/sosreport.txt stuck.

Hi Frank,

I'm puzzled by the sosreport.txt mentioned in the subject.

Sos does not normally write anything under /run and the string
'sosreport.txt' does not exist anywhere in the package so I'm wondering
where this path comes from (and how it's related to your boot problem)?
