Windows 8 EFI unbootable after F19-TC1 installation.

Windows 8 is unbootable after F19 installation as reported in the bug 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=971255.

This happens if Win8 is installed in EFI. If Fedora is PXE booted, it 
does not recognise EFI and installs non-EFI. In grub there is no Windows 
item after reboot.

Is this a Fedora problem or is hardware setup to be blamed?
