In general, you should not 'jump the gun' and download stuff from the
TC / RC dirs until that TC / RC has been announced. TC / RC compose is
something of a 'public performance'; stuff shows up in the public
directories while the compose may still be being worked on, if releng
finds a problem while they're doing the compose, they may re-do it. It
is only 100% safe to get the images once releng closes the trac ticket
and Andre sends out the release announcement.
