OpenSUSE 12.3

While we patiently wait for a working Fedora 19 or Rawhide to install,
it might be worthwhile to see what the competition is up to by installing
a copy of OpenSUSE 12.3.   I have not tested the system much, but
poking around the installer was interesting.

12.3 needs some prodding to get the network up and running.
An Nvidia 9600GT is more than Noveau can handle.

App Armour is an option.  Apparently OpenSUSE can work without it.
Perhaps SELinux could be an install option also.
