It looks like there is an issue with yum-3.4.3-88.fc20 not working properly, blocking updates. I have filed a but report (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=958531) for this, but it hasn't been confirmed yet. Probably when there is one, some hand holding will be needed to update yum or whatever broke it.
