It'd be nice if we could use FAS login for Bugzilla, yeah; it is shared
with RH, but it should still be possible. I don't know if there's some
kind of obstacle to implementing that.

It's not a bad choice, but we should CC notting (for comps) and the
maintainers of the texlive dependency chain, because this is a complex
issue and we'd probably need all their input to decide on appropriate
action. I'll do the necessary :) Thanks for the report!
