32 bit B-TC3 netinst

Worked nominally if slowly on a 1.5 GB 800 MHz Pentium III.
The resultant install worked properly, including NFS mounts
and Wine.  It installed Xfce, compilers, and dev tools.

The very same netinst CD failed to install on 64 bit machines.

F19 rsync installed with F18 pxeboot cannot mount NFS shares.
