F19 Beta blocker/FE karma requests

Hey folks! It's karma request time again.

We're doing pretty well on pushing F19 blocker / freeze exception fixes
stable, but these ones still need karma:

if people can test and karma those, that'd be great. frei0r-plugins is
used by totem, I believe. kde-l10n can be tested by doing non-English
installs of KDE, and device-mapper-multipath is used for RAID installs.
