f19 beta install - anaconda does nothing but use 100% cpu

I tried installing to disk from Fedora-Live-Desktop-x86_64-19-Beta-1.iso
on my AMD A10 system.  Anaconda just spun its wheels using 100% of one
of the cpus.  By the time I rebooted it had used 7 minutes of CPU time.
It never opened up a window in the screen or gave any other indication
of doing anything.  Is there something I should do to help track this
down?  Is it a known problem?
