Cannot execute init

Pre-systemd days since I got one of these.

kernel-debug in use.
No lvm in use
all ext4 bar usb*
/dev/sda1 = /boot
/dev/sdb1 = / luks
/dev/sdc1 = /home
/dev/sdd1 = /home/user/torrents
/dev/sde1 = swap
/dev/sd* = usb luks unlocker

have re-done grub2-install /devsda
grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg

Was failed fedup F19 > F20
finished up with
F17 netinstall and fedora-upgrade

What to pass to init=
After looking at
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_debug_Dracut_problems

is debug-shell the only option?
