Moving away from reporting to RH bugzilla and adopting pure upstream reporting mantra.

I myself am an experienced QA and sometimes fail to file a bug against the 
correct component, let alone a user who just wants to report a problem so it is 
fixed the next time. How will users know where the upstream tracker is ? This is 
just too much to ask from them.
