Update Information:

This update adds selected patches based on the currently released version 0.9.9.0-28.git20131003.fc20.

Most importantly:
- fix for failure to activate bridges with new libnl3-3.2.24
- backport ipv6-privacy (1047139) and autoconf prefix length (1045118)


The version 0.9.9.0-29.git20140131.fc20 (currently in testing) was a new snapshot of upstream. Since in the meantime the problems with the new libnl3 version appeared, we first fix those (based on version 28). So, a release containing a new snapshot from upstream will not come to F20 now (maybe later).

This build is a new snapshot from upstream master. Setting karma high, to avoid (early) automatic pushing. But actually, this should work quite well!!
