fedora tc2 net iso "error setting up base repository"

Trying to install Workstation-21-Alpha-T2-x86_64-netinst.iso over fc20 in
Vbox virtual machine.
Network seems to be fine but I always get the error "error setting up base
repository".
Is this a Vbox problem or is there something I need to tell anaconda about
the base repository?
