I think that all the Live ISOs provide the same functionality. But...
Wait... Actually, I was wrong with one of my previous answers... I've
just tried more carefully ExtLinux inside Beta KDE and there the
countdown stops when I hit the arrow keys. As you said, if we hit 'A'
it resets the 10 seconds.

So... Sorry, I did a mystake :).
