F22 Beta 3 Gnome "Icon" "Einstellungen" does not work

Hi,
sorry, I should tell, what I expect after clicking on the Gnome "Icon" "Einstellungen".
Did the same in F21, where this is ok. Here also a screenshot, what happens in F21
when I click on "Einstellungen". There seem to be a bug in Gnome, is it worthwhile to
file a bug?

Hi,
I want to activate my Canon printer. Should be possible via "Einstellungen",
see screenshot attached, right upper corner. But I can not activate
"Einstellungen". How can I activate a printer via xterm?
Anyway in my F22 system
(fresh install, all updates currently loaded) it should be possible to activate
the printer via a Gnome menue, or there is a bug.
