[kernel-tests] sysfs-perms fails with ignore-files.sh: command not found

Turns out there is a typo in runtest.sh for the sysfs-perms test, so
ignore-files.sh isn't ran and the test will fail without producing any
meaningful output. I have submitted a patch to the kernel list that
fixes the error.
