You mean test like this?
[egreshko at f22k ~]$ dnf --refresh --enablerepo updates-testing --disablerepo rpmfu* download GeoIP-GeoLite-data.noarch
vivaldi 37 kB/s | 37 kB 00:00
Adobe Systems Incorporated 4.9 kB/s | 1.8 kB 00:00
google-chrome 53 kB/s | 3.6 kB 00:00
Copr repo for setroubleshoot owned by plautrba 12 kB/s | 9.8 kB 00:00
Last metadata expiration check performed 0:00:00 ago on Fri Aug 28 20:22:33 2015.
GeoIP-GeoLite-data-2015.08-1.fc22.noarch.rpm 217 kB/s | 364 kB 00:01
The downloaded packages were saved in cache till the next successful transaction.
You can remove cached packages by executing 'dnf clean packages'
[egreshko at f22k ~]$ ls GeoIP-GeoLite-data-2015.08-1.fc22.noarch.rpm
GeoIP-GeoLite-data-2015.08-1.fc22.noarch.rpm

It seems most people that say they are "done talking about it" never really are until given the last word.
