Unexpected qadevel outage

Due to the exploits of one Mr. Uiterwijk, qadevel is back up and
running.

I'm still going to work on moving it to more long-term hosting, though.
I severely underestimated how much work would be required to rebuild the
machine and don't want to be caught unprepared again.
