Firefox white text with GTK+ 3.15.4

I figure a lot of people are going to run into this shortly, so if 
you're running Rawhide and you see lots of white text on Firefox UI 
elements - tab bar titles, buttons, menus - after updating to GTK+ 
3.15.4, I've filed it already:
