this one confuses me, there's certainly a valid qt5-qtwebchannel pkg in 
rawhide that provides this library.

$ koji latest-pkg rawhide qt5-qtwebchannel
...
qt5-qtwebchannel-5.4.2-1.fc23

Any ideas?
