how does one resolve "Requires: perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.20.2)" update issue?

  what's the correct way to get around this update issue? i see from
back in february:

someone suggests that this will be fixed in F22 or F23. but that seems
an awfully long time to not be able to update things like
vim-enhanced. thoughts?
