gnome termenal middle-click paste

Gnome Terminal 3.16.1 (as in f22) doesn't support middle-click
pasting of the selection, even though I:
(1) Have set Middle-click Paste to ON in gnome-tweak-tool, *and*:
(2) have the following in my ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini:

[Settings]
gtk-application-prefer-dark-theme=0
gtk-enable-primary-paste=true

Obviously not a shostoper, but rather annoying.
(I'd use KDE konsole. but it doesn't handle the scroll wheel,
which I've gotten used to.)
