Hi,
I filed a bug with upstream and Peter from x.org fixed it:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90322
As this might hit many people, perhaps the patch should be included in Fedora ?

As you're using entirely different hardware but not *all* hardware is
affected (my wired Logitech mouse is fine), this is very likely to be
two different issues you should file separately.
