Grub Error in F23 Release? Grub stops in OS selection for Windows for ever.

Hi,
F23 is out, but I should report this here. On my system, Acer laptop, there is Windows 8.1 on the internal disk, F23 on an usb3 flash medium. When I start the computer F23 is selected, I get the Grub Boot menue, see screenshot, with F23, last update today, You can see the current kernel. When I select F23, normal boot, when I select Win 8.1, I can wait forever, only after hitting enter Win 8.1 boots. In my opinion, Win 8.1 should start after a waiting time of some seconds, but it does not. Any ideas? Bug neccessary? Attached a screenshot.
