Cannot boot VM using any kernel since 4.4.0-0.rc0.git2.1.fc24.i686

I think I've seen a bug report about this, it may be fixed in the
latest kernel. Note that 32-bit is only marginally supported these
days, especially in virt; is there some particular reason you need to
have a 32-bit VM? If not I'd recommend using an x86_64 one.
