F23 Final TC9, Gnome refuses to install Rapid Foto Downloader 0.4.10-2.fc21

Hi,
after installation of F23 Final TC9 x86_64 Desktop, tried to install via the usual Gnome installation tool for Apps the Rapid Foto Downloader 0.4.10-2.fc21. Rapid Foto Downloader was ok in F22, possible to install in F23 Final TC6 but there it was not possible to start this app. Is there a "F23 version" of Rapid Foto Downloader in preparation, or will Gnome be modified?
