Did you update *all* the syslinux packages you have installed?

There is no 'COPR repo', it's just a Koji scratch build. You have to do
something like:

sudo dnf update https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/2907/11342907/syslinux-6.03-5.1.fc23.x86_64.rpm https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/2907/11342907/syslinux-extlinux-6.03-5.1.fc23.x86_64.rpm https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/2908/11342908/syslinux-extlinux-nonlinux-6.03-5.1.fc23.noarch.rpm https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/2908/11342908/syslinux-nonlinux-6.03-5.1.fc23.noarch.rpm
