FYI, using the f23 alpha  iso: 
Fedora-Server-DVD-i386-23_Alpha.isoFedora-Server-DVD-i386-23_Alpha.iso

gives a panic message that looks very much like the one shown in 
Bugzilla.

This is on an AMD FX6300 six-core processor.
