[Fedora-trans-ar] Notes about translations

I made some fixes/changes to the translations and wants to share two important 
issues with you:

issue #1: Accelerator position:
I suggest not to put the accelerator before ALEF. This is due to the fact that 
it would appear as a very short line on display which can hardly be noticed.

issue #2: Close/Exit/Quit translation
I notice a confusion here, so I suggest:
Close إغلاق
Exit خروج
Quit إنهاء

We need to make distinct translation here and hence is the suggestion. I 
already fixed some of them.
